This is what happens when you let me babysit your children.....I put them to work.
Ok, not really. It's usually all fun and games with coloring, puppet shows, hide and go seek, riding bikes, taking walks, etc. But yesterday when I got called to babysit for my aunt Leah's sister, Shelly, I was exhausted. I had hardly slept the night before, I got up at 7:30 to go into work because of our crazy busy sale, I was suppose to work until 10am but I was still there until 10:30, I got a text from Shelly asking for me to babysit from 11am-3pm, I said sure but I had to be back at work by 3pm. So I still hadn't showered, but I ran home threw on some clothes and ran up to Shelly's house to watch her adorable little girls. The first few hours I was just running on some caffeine but by the time Hazel went down for a nap, I was exhausted. I was afraid of falling asleep so I decided to start cleaning her house and precious little Goldie asked me if she could wash the windows. I said :"OF COURSE!" What child asks if they can help you clean the house? I know I never did. So off to work she went on all the glass doors and windows while singing Christmas songs. It was so adorable.
And then back to work at 3 I went and stayed until 10:30m. It was a crazy day.
